Service use agreement
These conditions govern use of content and services provided by VulkanVegas. The assistant offers assessment and decision support; it does not place bets and cannot guarantee any financial outcome.
1. General rules
These conditions apply between VulkanVegas and users of the services described on the site. Different conditions are effective only if expressly accepted. Users must be adults and comply with gambling laws in their jurisdiction
2. Contract formation
Information on the site is not a binding offer. Access is activated after the stated procedure and acceptance of applicable conditions. VulkanVegas may refuse or suspend requests incompatible with security, law or responsible use
3. Monitoring and guidance
VulkanVegas structures gaming experience and playing session information, checks available signals, estimates probability scenarios and displays limit alerts. Scope and accuracy depend on accessible telemetry and information quality. Guidance is informational and is not financial advice or a guarantee of results.
4. User rules
Users must provide accurate information, protect access, set affordable guardrails and not use the service to bypass safeguards, VulkanVegas rules or applicable law. Unauthorised scraping, automated betting, AI engine manipulation and sharing third-party credentials are prohibited.
5. Payment methods
Where charges apply, the amounts, due dates and methods shown before activation govern. The service price does not depend on a user’s wins or losses. Taxes and renewal conditions are displayed separately where relevant
6. Initial termination
Where law provides a right of withdrawal, the method, timing and exceptions are communicated in the applicable process. Immediate activation of digital features may require specific consent where provided by law
7. Limits of guidance
VulkanVegas does not guarantee wins, recovery of losses, absolute fairness or continuous information availability. Games of chance involve financial risk level; estimates, patterns and checks improve context but cannot remove randomness, error, latency or inaccessible information.
8. Legal obligations
Liability remains governed by applicable law. To the permitted extent, VulkanVegas is not liable for betting decisions, gambling losses, third-party outages or false external information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Technology protection
Text, interface, models, reports, logic and materials are protected. Users receive a personal, limited and revocable right to use the service under these conditions and may not copy, resell, decode or derive models except where mandatory law permits
10. Ending the relationship
Duration and cancellation depend on the selected plan. Access may be suspended for security risk level, breach of conditions, illegal use or non-payment. Suspension is never a reason to ignore personal guardrails or continue gambling without safeguards.

12. Version of conditions
Conditions may be updated for legal, technical or functional changes. Material changes are communicated appropriately. Invalidity of one clause does not affect the remaining provisions; applicable law and forum are those stated in the operational service version
